Fender Precision Bass 1978 Sunburst with rosewood fretboard and original hard case

I originally imported this bass from the USA in 2007 and sold it to my good friend and amazing bass tutor Rory Pearse www.rwpbasstuition.co.uk where it still features on his site. When eventually he fancied a change I bought it back from him (in May 2010), with the intention of keeping it, but needs must and it is now for sale.

It is, without doubt, one of the best Precisions I've had both in terms of weight, sound and playability and also condition and originality. I doubt you would find a better 1978 Precision. Has a really bright unfaded sunburst colour too.

It comes with both chrome covers, thumb rest and original strap buttons (Rory changed to more modern strap buttons when he got it, for extra security)

The case is worth a mention as well, because it's the best condition case of this era I've seen, by quite a long way, and compliments the bass perfectly.
