Services and terms Payment must be received (and cleared) before the item is sent. Carriage is a flat £15 for (usually) next day delivery anywhere in the UK. Carriage to Europe is £22.50 but contact us first to discuss. A signature will be required. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash. (Soon we will be able to accept payments via Google Checkout). If for some reason you are not happy with the guitar, you can return it for a refund. Buyer's tastes vary and therefore returns based on tone cannot be considered. We will accept returns only if an item's condition is not as described. Return carriage costs must be borne by the buyer. Purchasing from you When we purchase a piece from you, the routine is seamless and extremely easy. If possible, we would like a set of pictures emailed and then a full discussion. We will assist you through the process, it's no problem. We will negotiate a price. After the item is received and verified (usually within 1 - 2 business days, but sometimes the item has to adjust to the weather) we will send you a cheque immediately. If the item is not as described, it will be returned within 2 business days. If you wish to offer us a different deal, that is fine. We typically try not to make a lower offer than already agreed even though there are many dealers that do. We have our reputation to guard which is very important, and you should be totally satisfied with this service. For the first transaction we will need a piece of identification sent along with the instrument to keep on file, as we need to account for the sources of our entire stock. |
